It enables gradual training by starting with one hour a day and increasing this a little at a time. The LCD screen with counter is very useful for maintaining good posture control and for recording progress. The monitor records the times that the back deviates from the established 25º limit, although this can be restarted whenever you wish. This ergonomic posture corrector has adjustable elastic straps to make it completely adaptable, very comfortable and discrete to wear, as it can be worn under clothing. It is also rechargeable, so you do not need batteries or troublesome cables, and you can use it anywhere at any time. It is very easy to use. You simply charge it for approximately an hour and a half and follow the instructions in the manual included. It comes with a USB to micro USB cable.
