Our return policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Velōr products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we'll issue a full refund — no complicated process, no restocking fee, no interrogation.

You don't need to return the product. We trust you.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at support@velör.com with your order number and a brief note about what happened
  2. We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day
  3. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

That's it. No return label required, no sending things back.

What we cover

  • Product didn't work for you — refund, no questions
  • Product arrived damaged or incorrect — refund or replacement, your choice
  • Order never arrived — refund or replacement, your choice
  • Changed your mind before the order shipped — full cancellation and refund

What we don't cover

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Refund requests where we have reason to believe the policy is being abused

Exchanges

We don't process formal exchanges, but if you'd like to try a different SKU, simply request a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help choosing a product, email us first — we'll point you in the right direction.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged, opened, or defective, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Allergic reactions

If you experience a skin reaction, discontinue use immediately. Consult a healthcare professional if the reaction is severe. Email us — we'll issue a full refund and take the feedback seriously to improve our formulations.
