Simple, honest shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We have no control over customs delays.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order using that number on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at support@velör.com.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they've actually arrived. If after 24 hours your order hasn't appeared, email us and we'll investigate and resolve it.

If your order is lost in transit (tracking not updating for more than 10 business days), contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes once an order is submitted. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us as fast as possible — we'll do our best.
